Refund Policy
1. Registration Fees
- Registration fees are non-refundable after the specified registration deadline.
- Refund requests made before the deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account exceptional circumstances.
2. Team Withdrawal
- If a registered team decides to withdraw before the deadline, a partial refund may be issued, excluding any administrative fees.
- No refunds will be provided for team withdrawals after the specified deadline.
3. Tournament Cancellation
- In the rare event that the flag football tournament is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, force majeure), a partial refund may be issued after deducting incurred expenses.
4. Incomplete Tournament
- If the tournament cannot be completed as scheduled (e.g., due to weather disruptions), refunds will be determined based on the stage at which the event was halted.
5. Player Ineligibility
- Refunds will not be granted if a player is deemed ineligible to participate in the tournament due to a violation of rules or regulations.
6. Refund Processing
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the provided contact email.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any applicable processing fees may be deducted.
7. Administrative Fees
- A nominal administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.
8. No-shows
- Teams or players who do not show up for the tournament without prior notice will not be eligible for any refunds.
9. Appeals
- Any appeals regarding refunds must be submitted in writing, providing detailed reasons for consideration.
- The decision of the tournament organizers will be final.
10. Communication
- Participants are responsible for regularly checking the tournament website and communication channels for updates, including any changes to the refund policy.
